We decided to go with Tall Poppies when we wanted to market our 2 bedroom unit. Kate Crean was our Land Agent. From the first time we met Kate, my husband and I felt comfortable, with listing our property with her. She was very professional and had extensive knowledge of the housing market. Kate communicated with us every step of the way. She let us know how the Open homes went and made sure we were happy with the way things were going. She answered all our questions. Which put our minds at rest, as selling or buying a property can be a stressful time. We were excited when Kate told us she had some buyers for our property. The property sold fairly quickly. Terrible service after the sale, promised to fix an issue with the council but never followed through with it. Sold me a house with a leaky fireplace, even sent txt messages from previous owners knowing about the leak the entire time they owned the property. Legal action is being taken to resolve this issue.
