Always honest and in the real estate climate that we have experienced in past months always kept us positive and up beat with her bright, bubbly persona. Never over bearing or pressuring us into decisions that didn't suit us. If you are buying, she will be 💯 % beside you with that too if you need her. No question was ever too big, or too silly. It's really important to us to have a really good rapport with the person we trust to sell our asset and Jacki is a wonderful person. She kept in touch with us from day one to settlement and confirmation that we had settled effectively.
