Right from the 1st time I met Andrew I knew Andrew was the right agent for us - with all integrity as said in the "Headline", above.
As this was a "distance sale" (My husband also busy with shift work), I had the most to do with Andrew - & as said, My confidence & trust in Andrew`s abilities, communication, sound honest knowledge & warm personality but totally professional was established from the 1st meeting - & has continued right on thro` this (nearly 6-month) period. I can actually say I`ve had some fun & enjoyed the process - because of the good, positive & professional relationship Andrew & I established - from the start. (And I can honestly say I wasn`t looking forward to being the major person liaising with a real estate agent - but I had to - because of My husband`s work commitments, etc). And altho, My Husband has been the 2ndry person during this sales process, He also speaks very highly of Andrew - & is Very Pleased with Andrew`s work - on All levels.
So, Very Well done Andrew - We both Highly recommend You to anyone who would (even just being thinking about buying or selling) - There`s no obligation to go further than a phone call or simple consult with Andrew. In fact, that was My initial contact with Andrew - I was just wanting (to Pay) someone to value our house, b4 negotiating (privately) with a neighbour who was interested in buying our house. Andrew not only said an initial assessment was free - but He went out of His way to do this valuation on a very busy open-home Sunday - at short notice, knowing that I was going to be negotiating with the neighbour to start with.
