Engaged Pip of Tall Poppies to market our investment property. From the begining Pip was very straightforward to deal with and has an indepth knowledge of the local market. A price was agreed upon as being realistic, especially in a falling market, and the process began. Marketing material, both print and online was first class and open homes organised. Communication was at least weekly and very honest which was appreciated. Despite the Christmas and New Year breaks we were very pleased to get a successful outcome in a couple of months at a price we were very happy to receive. Another positive is the fact that commission was substantially less than traditional agents. We would have no hesitation in recommending Pip as an agent who gets results!
