The open homes were amazing. If the purchasers that turned up never purchased a house, they all went away talking about their friendly experience as they were all greeted with a hot coffee, donuts, shortbread music playing, and the presentation was exceptional. A real eye for detail and creating the atmosphere for a quick and successful sale. We decided to engage Kate primarily because of her previous experience, knowledge and success in Cromwell. This proved to be quite critical during the sale process as at stages the negotiations were quite complex. The fact that Tall Poppy did not have an office/display area in Cromwell was of initial concern to us however Kate's market knowledge , wide range of contacts and excellent use of social media proved that our concerns were unfounded .
