We drove past this place many times and always disregarded it. Peter managed to quickly get a good idea of what we are after, after visiting two of his other properties and told to come and look at this place, as it would surprise us. And it really did! We fell in love quickly, made an offer and the whole process finished way faster than we initially anticipated. Pip went out of her way to show us the home via video call as we weren’t able to get to see the house in person. She was thorough, helpful and patient as we asked a lot of questions! She also helped us understand the NZ process as we haven’t bought a property here before. Her understanding of the local market is obviously deep, and she has a practical, no-nonsense approach that is quite refreshing. We wouldn’t hesitate to call on her if we ever want to sell!
