I recently engaged with Fiona and Hannah at Tall Poppy. As a first time nervous seller they put me at ease through the journey. They provided an in depth valuation and guided me on how I could make improvements. Their communication was clear and timely. I knew what I needed to do and by when. I found that Fiona and Hannah were available to answer any questions big or small throughout the process. They indicated they were willing to help present the property before open homes if needed. I liked how they immediately communicated who had visited the open homes and their weekly reports detailed their follow up. I felt fully informed throughout the process. Negotiations for the final buyer were quick and efficient, I was able to phone with any questions had regarding proceeding with the sale. Fiona and Hannah were fully professional, friendly and informative. They acknowledged the emotional element of selling my family home and showed compassion and understanding. Hannah is a local superstar, she has intimate knowledge of the market and knew exactly what was going on currently and what to expect seasonally in the local housing market.
