Although my house sold quickly in a week I think the communication since the pre inspection report is very poor. I have not seen or heard from Peter since the 1st July. We moved on the 3rd July and as it is now December I am left wondering if this is how all clients are treated.

Andrew is a very professional agent. The difference amongother agents is, you can relate to him as a long time friend as he made the process so simple on his side and gave us guidance beyond what he needs to. He gives us reassurances and all the pertinent information to make a fully informed decision in purchasing our first home. He is very friendly and accommodating. You would want to make him a friend on FB. He was such a blessing in our lives as he helped change it for the better. As immigrants to NZ, he made it easy and simplified in purchasing our first home, as he guided us step by step as to what we needed to do together with our mortgage advisor. Overall, buying a house was very stressfull, but Andrew made it a very positive experience.
