From our initial meeting with Hannah at our newly renovated property, we found Hannah to be very friendly & personable. She walked around the house, giving honest feedback on our renovation, taking note of all improvements we had made. Hannah was open to hear our thoughts on what price we hoped to achieve. She provided us insights in to the local market to ensure we were realistic in our pricing. Hannah provided us the relevant information of differing methods of sale & how best to achieve a sale. She allowed us time to read over, ask numerous questions before we signed her as our agent. We chose to go with Auction method to sell, Hannah then began a short effective marketing programme, excellent on-line presence across the various sites, open homes had larger number through, as well as some private viewings, indicating a lot of interest in our property. Hannah provided us regular feedback from prospective buyers, as well as feedback digitally - allowing us to view how much interest in our property. Auction Day arrived, with a number of people present, the auctioneer was able to achieve our best outcome - SOLD under the hammer.
