We are very grateful to be working with Dee on the sale of the two sections on our property subdivision. During a challenging economic time, we have been able to move the first section and unburden ourselves of much of our high interest occurring debt we had accrued over the course of the project. Dee worked well with us to field and quickly answer the many questions received form the eventual interested purchaser (rightfully doing their due diligence), which saw the successful completion of the deal within a short timeframe. We are hopeful for the sale of the second section in close succession and know Dee is armed with all the knowledge to help seal this deal when the next interested buyer turns up.
