Made selling from oversea so easy
Scott was recommended to us through a friend and we are so pleased we contracted Scott to sell our home. We don't live in the country any more so Scott went above and beyond to help us out to get the sale complete. We felt Scott was really working for us and on the same page. Professional and Talented Sales Agent
Nathan provided a fair and practical written market assessment of our property. He was diligent and flexible by accommodating our particular timeline needs. This involved delaying some of the sales process for 3 weeks until we returned from overseas. However Nathan managed to keep things moving along and the house was sold quickly, within 9 days upon returning to NZ. An excellent outcome. Nathan is extremely thorough with ensuring everything is in places for the sales process and makes it easy for the vendors. Nathan keeps accurate notes on all people interested in the property and communicates these well. He has a great understanding of our needs.

Professional, friendly service and another excellent result
Scott has sold a few of our properties over the years and always delivered above expectations on service and results. We were really seeking an investor to buy it so the tenants (who are such nice people and living for so long) wouldn't have to move. Also ideally our property manager could also continue as he does a great job. The market isn't great for selling at the moment, however Scott had a buyer for asking price right from the 1st open home. They wanted to keep the tenants and the property manager too. A literally “perfect” result all round for everyone one involved. Great work, thanks again.

Positive experience
From the first communication Chris and Tracey were positive, thorough and professional. We offered on a home that was listed with them, they then worked promptly to list and sell our home.
