We had been on the market for over 18 months and had experienced very poor communication from 2 agents. Scott was an exceptional communicator and had our property sold in less than 2 weeks. Admittedly we did need to meet the market price wise but we have been able to buy a home we live in the same market achieving our goal of downsizing and getting a near new home that ticked all our boxes.
