sale of the year
After 6 months of dedicated work from Tim and his team my property finally was sold. Being under a lease from Kianga Ora did add complexity to the sale. There were road blocks put in front of Tim and myself that we had to deal with. With Tim's advice and working with both the purchaser and Kianga Ora we got the sale over the line. Tim had a positive go get it attitude throughout the whole process which kept me engaged. What a journey, well done Tall Poppy.

Exceptional Operator
Iain was incredible from start to finish. Every detail was taken care of. He was on top of everything and made the whole process so easy for me…and the cherry on top was that he got more than I expected for the house. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough - just say yes to whatever he recommends and it will turn out brilliantly. I’ve never sold a house before and he made it so effortless and I can’t thank Iain enough. Professional, knowledgeable, responsive, ethical and easy to deal with!
