The service from Tall Poppy has been great. Rob and I initially had Sean as our agent who left halfway through the purchase. At this stage we were a bit worried about the way forward. But Tim picked right up behind Sean and had us right back on top of what was happening, where we were at and what the next steps were. His communication is excellent. I am a Kiwi living in Australia on a recent trip to New Zealand I found a house in Ohakune I was interested in, Kath was the Agent, from the start she was very friendly and knowledgeable with everything happening in the area. Tammy helped my elderly Mum and I sell Mum's villa in Pahiatua. Tammy treated Mum with respect, understanding, patience, and kindness while being a total professional. Tammy took extra time to explain things to Mum, work out the best ways to communicate with both of us, and she booked in open homes around Mum and her care. Weekly emailed reports, phone calls, and texts meant I could keep up with what was happening even though I lived out of the area.
