Tammy was very responsive and enthusiastic from our first contact. She ensured we were aware of the processes, requirements and options regarding our listing of our property. She made suggestions re presentation of the property and added some finishing touches to the Open Home day after a rush getting photos, advertising etc in place. Over 20 groups thru at the Open Home and several private showings over the following couple of days (all information and feedback passed onto us) resulting in 3 offers presented and acceptance made after only 5 days from the first advertising. The follow up and support offered by Tammy was great and we would happily recommend her and Tall Poppy Real Estate to anyone looking at selling their property, and we would definately call her first if selling again.
