This is our 2nd home that Paul has sold for us. We are very happy. Working hard to get a result that we are happy with, Paul was great with the effort he put in. Again, we highly recommend Tall Poppy be a place to start when selling your home. Extremely good to know that they are the most affordable and still managed to get through the workload to get the outcome of a sold house.

Really happy with how Paul marketed the house. Paul and Sabine had really helpful advice on how to prepare for open homes and photoshoot. We received a few offers and ended up getting slightly more than we were expecting in terms of price. I would Recommend Paul and Sabine to anyone wanting to sell their property.

Brian and Andrea make a great team, always working in our best interests. Along with other team members their communication at all stages was excellent and supportive, gaining the best outcome for us. We highly recommend them.

Brian's pre-sale presentation was excellent, clearly describing how he planned to market the property and anticipated price. His assistance preparing the house improved the presentation and we were kept briefed on the open homes and feedback. His presentation of the offers was business-like and when my elderly mother was unable to make a decision Brian was patient and allowed 24 hours for reality to set in. We are very happy that with our decision to use Tall Poppy and Brian and Anthea to market the house

Brian was courteous, informative helpful and honest when we purchased our new home. He made the process simple and his post sales support was awesome. Thanks Brian.

Stacey is lovely to deal with and works hard to make everything happen. Great communicator due to her warm people skills and embraces all technologies to get your house sold. Always has a positive attitude!

Paul helped me get my mum’s apartment sold quickly, easily and for the price we wanted - even though other apartments in the same building weren’t selling. Paul was polite and professional to deal with, not pushy about his opinion with me as the seller, which I find unpleasant with other agents. Paul used technology to present the apartment online as “dressed”, even though it was empty, which saved us money

Stacey was helpful in assisting us through the process from putting in an offer to the settlement of our first home. Having little experience in the process, her help was very much appreciated.

Paul and his partner Sabine have recently sold my home in Lyall Bay. Paul is a genuine guy, very friendly but always professional. He has great market knowledge and provided comprehensive advice in the marketing of my property and got me some very good offers. I highly recommend him for a stress free sale.
