All the obvious things are obvious - stunning photography etc, but where Paul and Sabine shone was in their ability to reassure hesitant first home buyers. In our case an arborist was called in to give expert advice, with everything sorted just in time to allow us to offer on another place. And of course we got above our asking price. Couldn't be happier!
