Our property sale was a continuously moving target. We had 2 sales fall through, one of which was because of unforeseen issues arising from the building inspection. The one constant through an emotional rollercoaster was Rachael. Her genuine, up front and kind personality paired with her unwavering professionalism has been incredible. She has talked me through things and answered my many, many questions without making me feel daft and has maintained positivity even when things did not go as planned. While the final sale price was not what we had hoped originally, this is absolutely not a reflection of Rachael and I would not hesitate to use her services again or to recommend her to just about anyone that would listen.
