Being based in Hastings and having a house to sell in Waimakariri did present me with a certain level of apprehension, but after extensive online research and reading many positive reviews I made the decision to run with Rachael Lay at Tall Poppy. Her absolute commitment at every stage of the process with regular updates both by text and email keeping us right up to date at every stage of proceedings.
