Tim has been wonderful to deal with throughout the sale of my Mothers home, and additionally the purchase of the property we have bought together. Tim is a wealth experience not only as a real estate agent, but with many other property and related industries, which made our tricky purchase, involving an unconsented conservatory on a cross lease section, so much simpler and easier to be able manage. Without his experience and help I believe I would not have gone ahead with the purchase of the property we are moving into this weekend!
