We are a couple who over the years been involved in the sale of many properties both residential and commercial. Seldom have we been fortunate enough to be working alongside an agent whose professional excellence made the process of marketing our home seamless and so very successfull.

We met Steve at the open home for the property we bought. He gave an overview of the property on arrival and whilst he allowed us space to check over the property, he was ready to answer all our questions and contact the vendor at the time if unable to answer. He has been fabulous to deal with as buyers. We viewed many properties. Some of those agents were like ‘cardboard cutouts’. Steve was engaged and enthusiastic, Which is just what a buyer and vendor need in an agent. Definitely recommend Steve. Hannah and Brian Smith

He kept us informed throughout, nothing was too much trouble for him, and everything went smoothly. Second time we've used Steve - definitely a go-to guy.

Steve has extensive local market knowledge, was a good communicator and acted professionally throughout the process.

Steve was really helpful and understanding throughout. We were looking for house for more than 10 months and had no hope to find until met with Steve. He came as a lucky charm and we bought this house. Thank you Steve😊

Great knowledge. Keeper us informed about each step. Gave great advice. Awesome relistate agent. Would definitely use again.

From start to finish Steve made the process of selling my home easy, enjoyable & stress free. He is a one of a kind talent and would highly recommend Steve for anything property. His knowledge and expertise of the market and people is second to none. Nothing was ever a problem and had full confidence every step of the way. There is only one Steve Slicker

Steve was great to to deal with and kept me in the loop at all times. He’s very professional and will bend over backwards to get the right outcome for the vendor. Thank you Steve 👍

I’ve only ever used Steve. He’s always sold my properties in record time and at a good price. He knows the market well and is an outstanding salesperson. I trust his advice and wouldn’t want to use anyone else. Tommy’s has always been a reputable company and I’ve always trusted my properties in their hands. Steve went above and beyond. As I live in Auckland and couldn’t get to Wellington, Steve rolled up his sleeves and weeded my garden. That’s definitely going the extra mile! He took all of the stress out of the sale for me by organising the home stagers and house washer. It was a massive weight off my mind having him coordinate these things for me. Plus the house sold, as usual, incredibly quickly. Trust me, Steve will look after your home and work hard to get the desired result.

steve was excellent in every way to helping me get the lawns done before the sale and keeping me in touch the wholw process which was really quick. Thank you

Professional and ethical. Great sale in very quick time.

We have bought and sold properties with Steve over the last 10plus years. He has helped us sell difficult properties with great results and with the knowledge that we, as the vendors, are his top priority. His aim has been to get us the best possible price -and with our requirements in place- and he has never failed us on this. He also makes it easy which is no mean feat. We will look to sell our next property off Steve. Why look anywhere else?
