Steve was great to deal with and was a fantastic negotiator for our home sale. He really knows the local market and has a keen instinct about where things are at and what buyers interests are. He always made himself available and was super communicative during the sale. Would definitely sell with Steve again.

Steve stood out a few years ago from other agents as approachable, always at the end of the phone and had time to answer any questions. We’ve now bought and sold through Steve and he always had our best interests. We are now friends and that says a lot about his character! Great all round agent you won’t be disappointed!

Steve was super helpful for us as first home buyers - very open and honest, always available and able to answer any queries we had, and got us a great outcome!

Steve is a good communicator and work's well for his clients and customers . He has good local Market knowledge and when I come to sell my house I will definitely be using Steve.😊

Great Agent! Friendly, knowledgeable, and communication is brilliant. Always kept us informed on all matters quickly and provided efficient and professional advice. Would definitely recommend to go with Steve.

Steve was great and easy to deal with. We found him straight-up and plain talking and came back promptly to answer our questions

Steve had a good and accurate market knowledge. So when the offers came in we were not surprised. He was very professional and informative through out the whole sales process.

Steve went out of his way to provide excellent customer service. Great job.

Steve is very upfront and honest, treats his clients like family and does everything he can to get the right result for all parties

Steve was very fast at responding to all queries and was able to answer all questions and provided all information requested promptly. He was also very easy to deal with, friendly and relaxed. The whole process was incredibly easy thanks to Steve.

Steve is exceptional in everyway, knows the industry, great with negotiating, fantastic communication, real sound practical advice. Best agent by far in the Hutt Valley, brought and sold 2 homes though Ste, been a pleasure on both occasions.

We live in Auckland but needed to sell a house we owned in Upper Hutt, Wellington. The house needed substantial rennovation work prior to sale which we knew we would struggle to arrange not having lived in Wellington for years. Steve came to the rescue with rennovation suggestions, great tradies who could do the work, and a superb understanding of how to promote and market the end result - we were blown away with his service, he went the extra mile and we will be forever grateful to him for what he did for us. One regret is we have no more houses in Wellington which we could ask Steve to sell.
