Steve was very knowledgeable and honest, told us what we needed to do to get the best price for our house, was always just a call away to answer any queries, kept us informed on all the open homes and any progress and got us a price for our home we were happy with,making sure we were realistic in what we were hoping for. Steve was known to me as a leading salesperson in the area, particularly for getting excellent results in sales and it was largely because of his experience and reputation we decided to appoint his as our salesperson. We were selling in a falling market and from the time we made the initial enquiry regarding selling until the house went on the market that had been massive drops in sales expectations. Steve kept us fully advised of the trends and suggested a variety of sales methods. When a purchaser became serious Steve appeared to do all he could to raise the price but eventually we mutually settled on a figure. No known problems occurred during the process and we are both very satisfied with the result - but not with the current market
