Steve was known to me as a leading salesperson in the area, particularly for getting excellent results in sales and it was largely because of his experience and reputation we decided to appoint his as our salesperson. We were selling in a falling market and from the time we made the initial enquiry regarding selling until the house went on the market that had been massive drops in sales expectations.
