This is the 2nd time we have sold through Steve Slicker. Despite a slow market we achieved a good sale price very quickly. Steve provided excellent advice and guidance throughout, had great communication and was well organised. You can't go wrong choosing Steve.

Steve was professional, very helpful and always prompt in returning my calls.

From the get go - straight up, honest and accurate. Got a great result & would not hesitate to recommend. An absolute professional & a pleasure to work with.

Steve sold our house in challenging times. Throughout we were kept very well informed and were impressed with his market knowledge and obvious experience. He handled various challenges along the way professionally and with a sense of humour. We highly recommend Steve to all prospective sellers!

Steve is very friendly very careful person and feels like a family member so he is excellent man.

We’ve used Steve before and chose him again because of how terrific the first experience was. He has unrivalled knowledge of the market, is thoroughly honest in his assessment and completely realistic in his expectations. Nothing is too much trouble in terms of his providing regular reports and keeping us abreast of what is happening. His advice has always been spot on, and we would use him again without hesitation.

We were a bit slow getting our property on the market late last year but we had every faith in Steve. We have bought and sold with him in the past and he has always worked tirelessly to help us achieve the outcome we would like. He is honest and has excellent communication skills. We always felt well informed through the entire process and he was quick to contact us after open homes and to follow up with interested parties. We sold our property obtaining the price it was worth. Thanks so much, Steve.

Steve was professional, efficient & all round an amazing Agent. Thank you Steve for the part you played in helping my husband & I buy this property, I couldn’t think of anyone better to have dealt with. We have sold a property through Steve & brought two, and each time he left us speechless! Thank you again for all the help & guidance through this process for us.

Steve is a great communicator and kept me informed of the sale process the whole way though. He had some good strategies for dealing with some of the challenges that popped up. Thanks Steve.

Steve is a excellent agent. He is thorough, professional, and easy to work with. With a wealth of knowledge about the local market, he was a great support throughout the whole sales process. He kept us up-to-date every step of the way and was always available to answer any questions. Highly recommended.

We were lucky to secure the services of Steve through Tommy's real estate. Steve is a hard working agent who works to get the best result possible. He is a very knowledgeable, flexible and informative person. There were times where certain things needed after hours attention and Steve was there to help. He truly understands what people may struggle with and he is there to provide support in any way he can. At no point you are left wondering about the progress being made because we were always informed even if there was no progress on a particular day which i believe is very important. I wish Steve even more success in the future because he deserves every bit of it.
