The ‘Smith’ of Smith + Bishop – Alison Smith is a lifelong South Taranaki local, mother, friend, and lover of all things property. “Growing up under the gorgeous Mount Taranaki, I’ve always loved to call this my home, and enjoy meeting new faces and welcoming them to our beautiful region.” With a passion for property and meeting new people, Alison is a natural when it comes to real estate. Mind boggling information given

As we of a vintage era, we wanted to sell one of our rentals, we contacted Alison We were somewhat put into new area of selling homes after 20yrs. Been interviewed in our own home not an office and given a long list of what is expected of a home owner when selling in the new world, quite mind boggling. Only open homes for selling the new way . We were open minded about this, But it worked out well and quickly sold with the great effort Alison put into sale
