I cannot speak too highly about Kirsten. She helped me greatly when I was purchasing a unit. She was on top of all that was necessary to do this, explaining every step in a way that was easy to understand and follow. Kirsten was always available to answer my questions both in person and over the phone. Not once did she try to pressure me to make up my mind.
