Saywell & Co

We had such a fantastic experience buying our home through Saywell & Co. The whole team were absolutely lovely to deal with from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they genuinely went above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth and stress free as possible. Communication was excellent throughout, and everyone was so approachable, helpful and easy to work with. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Courtenay, Zoe and Bevan to anyone. Thank you for making such an important milestone so positive and enjoyable!

We couldn't have asked for a better experience buying our first home with Bevan and Courtenay. From our first viewing they were friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful. Any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly, and we never felt rushed or pressured. As first-home buyers, it made a huge difference having someone so easy to talk to who kept us informed every step of the way. We'd happily recommend them to anyone buying or selling in the Wairarapa. Thank you!

We had such a lovely experience with Saywell & Co! We didn’t get the pleasure of meeting Bevan, but we were lucky enough to deal with Zoe and Courtenay, who were both absolutely awesome from start to finish. Buying a house was a big and exciting step for us, there were definitely a few things along the way that we didn’t really understand. Courtenay and Zoe were always so friendly, patient and happy to explain things to us, and they were never too busy to answer all our questions. Their communication was amazing! If they didn’t know the answer to something, they were always quick to find out for us, and we always felt like we were kept in the loop. They made what could have been a pretty stressful process feel so much easier, and we really appreciated how genuine and lovely they were to deal with. We’re so grateful for all their help in getting us into our new home and would absolutely recommend Saywell & Co to anyone! 🏡❤️ Thanks so much guys, we really appreciate you! xx
