Most of the time, I agree with this saying. However, Marie is the one that changed the stereotypes that I perceived from an agent. Not only did she provide me with helpful information about the house; she was also willing to answer questions that most agents would not answer. She has always been enthusiastic about helping me to find all the answers that I need to make decisions, from the vendor, the council, the trade people, or any one that could help. What I like the most about her was that treated me like a dear friend of hers, rather than a client. She exceeded all the expectations I had toward an agent. In every single step, from viewing the house, to making an offer, and then to the negotiation process, all the way to the settlement date, she was there to help. She gave me advice, she showed me ways of searching for the information that I need. She made me feel safe and certain about every decision that I made along the way. Honest, kind, caring, helpful and trustworthy; that’s Marie. She is truly a God sent gift. I am very grateful that I met her.

Andrew was always responsive to phone calls, emails and information requests. if he was busy - id get a call back within minutes. information wise - everything i asked for was not a problem. and he was happy to make time during a weekend on short notice to show me around a property. happily use again.
