Julie was very efficient and worked with both myself as the Vendor and her clients, to satisfy us both in the Sale of our home. Was a difficult sale as everyone wanted the best price and i was not in the same town for the sale but Julie always called with a smile on her face regardless. 100% recommend Julie when going through this process, she even lit the fire on the first Open Home as it was winter!

The process selling my property with Julie was really amazing. From the moment I called her expressing interest in selling she clicked in to what I was thinking, gently and professionally guiding me in the best practices and expectations that would best suit me to get my property on the market and sold within realistic timelines and a pleasing price. She took me through the documents so that I fully understood and signed knowing I was well informed. I was given options as to how and what advertising was available, open home dates, times and expectations. The negotiations were uncomplicated, peaceful and seamless when it came to a sale. Julie’s knowledge of the retail market and her business was fantastic. I did not have to worry about anything. My questions were answered fully and clearly. Julie’s communication was exceptional. We couldn't have asked for more from Abbie. She genuinely had our best interests in mind the whole way through. From accurate appraisals to a clear understanding of key selling points with the house. Most appreciated of all was how she managed the process between ourselves and the purchaser when a couple of roadblocks came out of nowhere. Abbie was great at helping both parties through that and ensuring everyone got what they wanted.

From the first contact I was blown away with Abbie and how caring, supportive and informative she was. I had quite a few questions which were answered quickly and quietly. The communication was superb with the exact right balance so I was not overwhelmed. The paperwork was explained thoroughly and simply. Open homes were a breeze. I did my due diligence then disappeared leaving the rest to the expert. The sale and completion of was amazing. I was thrilled.
