Unlike the big firms you are not just another listing, Abbie genuinely cares and wanted us to get a good outcome not just a sale! Abbie and Julie kicked off with a walk through of property and provided great advice about what we should and shouldn't take care of when presenting the home. There was clear comparisons and logical explanations for the differences. No fancy sales talk or inflated pricing to get the listing - just good solid facts direct from the market to base our decisions on.
