Abbie did a fanastic job of promoting the house with a wide range of advertising that captured the best features of the property. This lead to multiple, good offers within a couple of weeks and ahead of schedule. The sale process was then followed through with professionalism that meant there were no hiccups and a good result for both parties.

Unlike the big firms you are not just another listing, Abbie genuinely cares and wanted us to get a good outcome not just a sale! Abbie and Julie kicked off with a walk through of property and provided great advice about what we should and shouldn't take care of when presenting the home. They then came back with a market appraisal that included real sales information for similar properties and detailed info on why ours would be more or less. There was clear comparisons and logical explanations for the differences. No fancy sales talk or inflated pricing to get the listing - just good solid facts direct from the market to base our decisions on. We found Abbie to be prompt and knowledgeable in all communications not just to us but also the buyers. Oh yes I forgot to mention we got offer after 1st open home! Whilst other properties stayed on market. Abbie had not only our confidence in selling our elderly parents home but gave the first time buyer's confidence as they went through the process.
