I contacted Minda after the death of my mother to talk about selling her house. Minda showed empathy and was very professional taking us through the procedure and because she had sold properties in the village where Mums house was, was able to give us pretty accurate advice on what the property was worth. Once on the market she kept us informed of enquiry level etc. She understood the rules of the village and procedure to take clients through regarding monthly costs, one off figure on purchase. We were able to get on with our daily lives knowing it was getting professionally handled. The time that it took to sell in our current market was within 3 months of listing which we were extremely happy with. Thank you for all your effort, Minda.
