Fiona's level of commitment and professionalism was absolutely Gold class quality. Fiona is a real person living in the real world. Doesn't mince words tells it like it is in the nicest possible way. She was warm and caring and extremely patient with us during some very frustrating and scary times (just another day in the office for Fiona lol).
