Kim did everything as I would expect an an agent to do. Communication etc was good, the only area she fall down on was not pref reading the brochure for the auction. It was only small but seeing a multi storey apartment instead my house in the brochure was disappointing.

Tash was so easy to deal with. Very responsive with her communication & super down to earth whilst also maintaining utmost professionalism. We had a small hiccup with the bank that meant the deposit was delayed. Not an ideal situation but Tash kept a cool head and made sure everyone was aware of what was happening and basically kept the ship afloat until we were back on track. We enjoyed our experience and would recommend her services to anyone
