We talked with four good agents before selecting Kim to market our home. All the agents had good market knowledge, some commissions were higher, others lower. What made Kim stand out was her confidence in her approach. Knowing what features of our home would attract different buyers and how to market our home in the optimal way. I believe you have to spend some money to make money and Kim gave us excellent guidance as to which renovations, staging activities, advertising packages would have the highest ROI for us. A good listener and communicator Kim asked good questions and understood our priorities and what was important to us. She was easy to get hold of kept us up to date with progress. Importantly Kim is a warm people person who connects easily with others, we felt this was an important skill for our agent to have so they could connect well with potential buyers.
