There are a lot of unknowns with purchasing a first home. Lauren and Matt have been very patient with all the questions I have had. Lauren and Matt have also been very forthcoming with information about the property and have been very flexible with coordinating building inspections, pre settlement inspections etc making a potentially stressful process as easy as it could be.

Lauren and Matt assisted the house sale superbly. Right from the start we got on well as they were very approachable, friendly and professional, guiding me through the best approach to sell, considering the type of house, market conditions and potential buyers.
