We got to know Matt when my husband and I looked at one of his listings in Meadowbank. We really liked the house and decided to try our luck at the auction. Where do I start - I had been looking for months and had been through the property multiple times. Bowen always kept me in the loop with the progress and I rang him late afternoon on Friday and said "Bowen I'm leaving for Fiji at 9am" tomorrow so you've got until midnight to get it across the line and it's that simple" We naturally got there but what impressed me the most is the after sale service was next level. We all make these purchases and then they wipe their hands, grab the commission check and run for the hills. This part was nothing short of exceptional in every way even to the point I needed to get in one evening around 930pm and met him there 20 minutes later.
