When I first met him I knew he was the one to put my house on the market. He had an aura of naturalness and friendliness even before he knew I was a potential client. He waited till I was ready without the expected intimidation of a salesperson. He showed a lot of empathy towards my acute sense of loss and made me feel that he was on my side giving me a lot of comfort. He had the skill in bringing my house to an acceptable level of price and condition of sale. I would always recommend him to anyone who asked me about a real estate agent.
