Logan took us through quite a roller coaster ride from engaging with the market and keeping us informed the whole way through. He was focused when we didn't sell at auction by negotiating with the interested parties post auction. When we couldn't reach an agreement he suggested we advertise a fixed price and this was a great strategy as it pulled a purchaser from the market who paid the price we wanted. Logan is the first real estate agent that I felt was working for me the vendor.
