Fantastic all round
After countless weekends and over 2yrs of searching for the right home, we met Kanta. Kanta was professional, honest, knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the entire process. As first home buyers, everything can become overwhelming. We had all but given up, Kanta reassured us and kept us positive and we finally got our home! I'd highly recommend Kanta.

Professional and understanding
John has been selling properties in the area for a long time and when selling our major asset we wanted to go with whom we considered the best. John was very understanding of our mixed emotions with selling our home of 32 yrs. Kept us up to date with prospective buyers and being able to view online feedback of buyers helped us understand the market expectations. A true professional who I would not hesitate in recommending.

Definitely recommend you to use Matt
Matt was a really great agent. We appreciated the way he gave us guidance as to how to present our house - what we should focus on and what we should do. It really paid off in the photos - they were fantastic. He stuck to his word and he agreed to do what he committed to do - something that is very important to us. Lastly, we were simply thrilled with the price we got - good follow up Matt on offers in the wings.

Efficient and very knowledgeable. Not too persuasive which many agents are inclined to be.
Communication was quick and clear. There was no hesitation to work around our schedule to assist with the negotiations when making the purchase. Knowledge around all contract queries we had was excellent.
