Simon helped us to buy our first home. He showed us the property and then helped us in the process of making an offer - which was all very new to us. He wasn't pushy, let us be to make our own decisions and acted very professional. Simon was really communicative and seemed genuinely happy for us to have been able to secure a nice property. On settlement he was also really thoughtful, leaving a bottle of champagne for us in the fridge, and ordering pizzas for us for dinner so we did not need to worry about cooking on our first night...and even personally delivering them on his day off.
