This was my first time selling a property and I had no idea of the ins and outs of how it would all go, and any of the processes involved. I was apprehensive that I would understand it all but Kanta took the time to explain everything to me in a helpful and simple way, at all times treating me with respect and patience - even when the questions were probably pretty stupid!
