After two failed campaigns with other companies, we reached out to Caroline Yau, who we bought our home from many years ago, and her business partner Steve Williams. In mid-November 2022, we agreed with their advice to try Price By Negotiation over the Xmas/New Year period, and if unsuccessful we would put the property into a 4-week Auction campaign. We received 2 offers during the PBN period, but not at a level we were prepared to accept.
