Natalie’s communication and knowledge of the property was excellent from start to finish. She responded quickly to every question and kept me well informed at each stage of the process. She was always approachable and more than happy to explain anything I was unsure about, and she was very accommodating when it came to arranging viewings and building reports etc. Her professionalism and friendly manner made what could have been be a stressful experience feel much smoother, especially as I was a nervous first home buyer. She created a very sound sales programme, and the evening photography (in particular) was brilliant. She also helped us to negotiate the 'flood prone' nature of the site and its low CV to obtain a realistic sales figure, keeping both me and my partner fully informed throughout the sales programme and subsequent negotaitions with the successful purchaser. Jo took on my property after it had already failed to sell twice and still managed to get it sold in a pretty tight timeframe. I was really happy with how she marketed it. The market wasn’t great at the time either which made things more stressful. I was quite anxious about the whole process but she kept me calm and handled the buyers really well. She ended up getting a price above what we were asking which I didn’t expect. I’d have no hesitation recommending her to anyone. She’s honestly been a bit of a shining star throughout the whole thing.
