I am shocked and disgusted at the conduct of these agents, we were involved in an auction that we won to find out afterward that the auction was not conducted in a fair manor. When brought up with the agency the agent (Steve Stone) and auctioneer called to apologize, when I followed this up with an email stating I wanted something done about it (the financial implication to us being around $10k) they were quick to back track on this and came across very defensive and patronizing in their response I called the REA and explained our situation in detail who confirmed that the agency was in the wrong with this auction conduct and advised me to lodge a complaint with them and a claim with the disputes tribunal - I will be lodging these claims I can only imagine what else goes on in this agency having been through this experience with them ...
