Excellent communicator and very helpful
Craig and Sean were both very helpful throughout our buying experience, any questions we had were welcomed and they went above and beyond to help us out and get things done efficiently. They made the whole buying process incredibly easy and were great for keeping us updated throughout the whole process! Would definitely recommend both of them :)

He does not just sell by auction, but thinks what marketing strategy will work for this particular property, giving solid reasons. He is an expert negotiator, keeping parties at the table despite the pain of the last stages of compromise. He is trustworthy and honest, which takes away the anxiety of the sales process. He is extremely impressive.

We were provided with helpful advice on preparing our home for sale, clear timelines, regular and fulsome communications and ultimately several offers that lead to a prompt sale at a price we were very happy with. Excellent communication makes a difference
Craig and his team worked hard to sell our property in what can only be described as a challenging market. Craigs communication through the whole process has been great, this matters especially when things don't quite go to plan. I'm sure there was a lot going on in the background to get things sorted, keeping us up to date as things progressed took some of the stress out of the sale. In the end the team got us the sale we needed for a price we were happy with, couldn't ask for much more. Great work team!!
