Team Pashby never gave up
Craig, Sean, Sam and team were determined to sell our house. Although we did not have a great number of prospective buyers through the house, the ones that showed interest were followed up briliantly. Craig kept us informed all the way and maintained a great deal of confidence that the house would sell. Their commitment and persuasive ability ended up with us achieving our asking price. Achieved the results he promised.
Craig could not be faulted in the way he kept us abreast of developments leading up the the final sale. We initially had reservations about the auction process but he delivered results in an uncertain market.

Excellent communication with the open home and the auction process.
The house in itself was the selling point for us as it ticked all the boxes. Modern, large garage, pantry, decent sized bedrooms, wardrobes, plenty of storage, easy care garden. The agent pointed out some features that we not have been aware of just looking.

So professional
Craig and his team were brilliant all the way through the sales process. Communication was always clear, relevant and on time, and it was obvious they were doing their best to meet our needs and get the best price in the current market. The new member of Team Pashby, Sam was particularly warm, approachable and helpful. The market changed somewhat during our sales process so we all had to adapt to the new market conditions. We can't praise Team Pashby enough fir selling our house in challenging market conditions.

Sean Windle - outstanding support/guidance throughout the auction process
Sean Windle from Team Pashby was invaluable throughout our purchase journey. From the outset, he was proactive, communicative, and incredibly supportive. He checked in with us daily, kept us informed at every stage, and was always receptive to communicating in whatever way worked best for us ie phone, text, or email. What really stood out was the quality and honesty of his advice, particularly in the lead-up to auction. Sean was forthcoming with guidance, took the time to have thoughtful discussions with us about auction strategy and helped us understand how best to approach the process. We felt very well guided and supported the whole way through. Sean struck a rare balance; we never once felt pressured or hounded, yet we always felt connected, aligned and confident he was genuinely working with both us and the vendors to achieve a great outcome for everyone. That built a lot of trust. He also went above and beyond in terms of availability, often working unusual hours to support us, which we deeply appreciated. Gave very good assistance to us as buyers as well as represnting the vendor.
We dealt with Craig assisted by Sam.We had a very good private viewing with plenty of time & no pressure.We had several other visits to check more on specific things.Again no pressure. We had a quick response to further enquiries. Our impression was that nothing was too much trouble. The vendor lives overseas with a time difference.Craig was able to get quick resonse to offers.He showed skill in negotiating a final accepted price. Craig had picked up an issue with the house . This was fully declared . Acting for the vendor Craig ,in a very professional way & at the expense of the vendor is seeing this put right. Craig & Sam are very contactable & have been reassuring & a pleasure to deal with.

Fantastic team
We had an excellent experience with this team and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the process with detailed weekly reports, that kept us fully informed every step of the way.
