Craig and his team delivered an excellent service to us. Not only did he take the time to explain everything and support us in this process, he took the time to take special care of this very much loved home and what it meant to us too. His communication was excellent, if he said he was going to do something, he did it exactly as promised. He was patient, and supportive with us getting ready for market, and guided us through all the LIM applications and building reports etc. He was genuine and efficient. This man does not sleep. A absolute powerhouse. His team is a reflection of his own personal brand, and we have been thrilled by it all. We thank you Craig, and your team. Excellent communication with the open home and the auction process.
The house in itself was the selling point for us as it ticked all the boxes. Modern, large garage, pantry, decent sized bedrooms, wardrobes, plenty of storage, easy care garden. The agent pointed out some features that we not have been aware of just looking.

So professional
Craig and his team were brilliant all the way through the sales process. Communication was always clear, relevant and on time, and it was obvious they were doing their best to meet our needs and get the best price in the current market. The new member of Team Pashby, Sam was particularly warm, approachable and helpful. The market changed somewhat during our sales process so we all had to adapt to the new market conditions. We can't praise Team Pashby enough fir selling our house in challenging market conditions.
