He does not just sell by auction, but thinks what marketing strategy will work for this particular property, giving solid reasons. He is an expert negotiator, keeping parties at the table despite the pain of the last stages of compromise. He is trustworthy and honest, which takes away the anxiety of the sales process. He is extremely impressive.

Excellent service and results
The service from Craig Pashby's team was excellent all-round. We were provided with helpful advice on preparing our home for sale, clear timelines, regular and fulsome communications and ultimately several offers that lead to a prompt sale at a price we were very happy with. Excellent communication makes a difference
Craig and his team worked hard to sell our property in what can only be described as a challenging market. Craigs communication through the whole process has been great, this matters especially when things don't quite go to plan. I'm sure there was a lot going on in the background to get things sorted, keeping us up to date as things progressed took some of the stress out of the sale. In the end the team got us the sale we needed for a price we were happy with, couldn't ask for much more. Great work team!!

Craig and his team delivered an excellent service to us. Not only did he take the time to explain everything and support us in this process, he took the time to take special care of this very much loved home and what it meant to us too. His communication was excellent, if he said he was going to do something, he did it exactly as promised. He was patient, and supportive with us getting ready for market, and guided us through all the LIM applications and building reports etc. He was genuine and efficient. This man does not sleep. Hustled in a tight market and got the result
Craig and his team have been great to work with.
