We chose her over two other well established agents as we were so impressed with her knowledge, her professionalism, and most of all the sense that she is someone honest and trustworthy. We were proven so right in that estimation. Sarah handled the sale with such care and skill, and we felt so supported by her through the process. We also felt she presented our house extremely well and was able to get us an offer on it that we were very happy with. I will be recommending Sarah to anyone I know who wants to sell their house. Dealt with Craig recently regarding selling a unit in Paraparaumu Beach. I was not local to the area so needed good communication and someone I could trust could handle the process. Craig and his team were great, including assisting with the preparation and staging of the property. We had open homes twice per week and even though the market wasn't booming managed to get a good sale in the end. Would recommend Team Pashby to anyone!!
