Dealt with Craig recently regarding selling a unit in Paraparaumu Beach. I was not local to the area so needed good communication and someone I could trust could handle the process. Craig and his team were great, including assisting with the preparation and staging of the property. We had open homes twice per week and even though the market wasn't booming managed to get a good sale in the end. Would recommend Team Pashby to anyone!!
