Exceptional service provided by Craig and his team, however my dealings were with Craig himself. Communication Exceptional. 'Ive sold a few properties and never have I experienced such great communication. He advised and updated me every step of the way and at no time did I ever feel I didn't know what was happening. Nothing was a bother and I felt like I was the only client he had. Professionalism Craig and his team are totally professional, extremely polite and went out of their way to explain the selling process. I had never done an auction before and Craig went out of his way to explain the whole process. Knowledge Clearly Craig is extremely knowledge of the property market in Paraparaumu which left me very confident in his capable hands. It wasn't the best time to sell but Craig worked hard to ensure I got a sale, which I successfully did at the first auction. I couldn't fault my experience with Craig and would recommend him highly to anyone wanting to sell their property.. Whilst I have rated "worse than expected", this was due to Craig and his team, but due to the current climate and the volume of property on the market

The headline doesn’t even begin to describe our experience with Craig. He is an amazingly professional, kind, understanding, goes beyond the extra mile agent! He was with us every step of the way through a very long process that was incredibly difficult and stressful (and that is putting it mildly). Due to what seemed like numerous roadblocks at every turn. All of which were completely beyond ours and his control. His communication is gold standard, bar none. We do not plan to sell again unless it is to move into a retirement home! We just hope Craig is still ‘in the game’ by then as we highly doubt we could ever find anyone of his standard again!
