Communication was excellent with weekly updates and personal calls from Craig. Professionalism was high and exceeded my expectations in terms of admin back-up. Local market knowledge was good but as an executor (non Raumati/Wellington) I needed more context about market performance over a longer time period, both nationally and locally. This was eventually provided, but I did have to research some things for myself in order to feel comfortable that I was selling the property at a reasonable price.

I choose Craig Pashby & his team as my Real Estate Agents based on my partner's experiences with them as a prospective buyer - their service to prospective sellers was exemplary, giving the vendor's property maximum coverage and availability to buyers. I was not disappointed. Market knowledge - top seller in region, fluent in sharing market information, what we need to best present property, what I need to be aware of why and how should I consider it. Feedback from walkthrough groups at Open Homes - almost immediately after Open Home i would receive a phone call detailing how many groups went through home, and gauge on their interest level. The following day I would receive a written Feedback report from the Open Home walkthrough groups on what they liked/didn't like about the property, and how much they would be prepared to pay for it. (This is important to know incase the vendor needs to take action on anything which could turn buyers off.) Craig & Sean shared the Open Homes which meant that I had objective opinions and my property had two agents across it representing for the price of one. Not only was I kept fully informed, but where he could Craig would look to mitigate any possible issues such a 'mis-claim' on the property be having a professional verify if necessary. He went the extra mile when I needed help to have the power put on etc. Craig's advice to me was 'Trust in the Process' and to Auction my property. I have never auctioned a property before so I really did put my faith in Craig. Outcome - we had a very successful auction outcome which I do not believe would have been achieved without Craig & Team Pashby, and the auctioneer Ben East of Ray Whites.
